- Provides rich content like expert reviews, property specifications, and price indexes, enabling users to make knowledgeable decisions.
- Goes beyond basic listings to offer innovative tools such as calculators, valuation tools, and a directory of real estate agents.
- Keeps users updated with the latest news on real estate companies, upcoming launches, and relevant government policies from the Sri Lanka Land Reclamation Department.
- Features an Advice and Tips section that offers practical guidance on property maintenance, buying and selling tips, and safety precautions.
- Serves as a central hub that bridges the gap between buyers, sellers, developers, and agents, creating a seamless experience for all parties involved in the real estate process.
My contribution
- Developed and implemented user interfaces and application functionalities.
- Improved the application's performance, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and accessibility by using best practices and leveraging Next.js's built-in features.
